Reputation System

I have just added a reputation system. I know it is a weird one... but. The maximum is 125. Now if a person helps you or posts resources you can modify their Reputation ^ only. Whoever has 125 Reputation points. He/She will win a Huge Resource Pack with of stuff in it. And if he/she is not a mod they will be a mod automatically when they win. If the person is a mod already they might have a chance to become Administrator. So what are you waiting for?? I my self will be giving special points for these reasons..

If you get a member to join and has 10+ posts you will earn 2points.
If you get a member to join and has 50+ posts you will earn 5points( the member has to continue to post not just stop once he reaches 50 posts.

Forever... Once someone reaches 125. I make to 200 etc...

If you told him/her to join the site of course. But if some just joins.. Of course not
